Who We Are

Remorca Fitness is the brainchild of former bodybuilder and nursing student Dennis Remorca. In 2009, he set out to change how people approach fitness, wellness, and nutrition. He developed a unique training style that simultaneously increases body strength and mobility while addressing his clients’ specific fitness goals.

What We Do

Remorca Fitness provides the antidote to your typical gym experience. Our personal training includes more than weight lifting. We give you a tailor-made fitness program that implements regular cardio workouts, Pilates-inspired body-strength exercises, nutritional instruction, and ballet movements.

At our high-end facilities, you’ll receive fully customized fitness programming and unmatched customer service from our experienced team of elite trainers. All of our training programs are private, or semi-private, enabling us to give you personal attention and instruction.

Our trainers do more than simply supervise and assist your workouts. They monitor your long-term progress and advise you on what to eat to meet your weight-loss, or muscle-gaining goals. Before you travel for business or vacation, we check to make sure that you have access to appropriate training facilities.
