  • 5 minute run, 1 minute light jog, 5 minute tempo run, 1 min walk — REPEAT  X3
  • 10 minute tempo run / 2 minute recovery jog (REPEAT X3)
  • 1600 meter run Walk 2 mins, 1200 meter run, walk 2 min, 800 X4 – walk 1:30 min in between, 400X4 – walk 1 min in between
  • 20 min run with 15 1 min surges (60 second 400 meter pace)
  • 5-4-3-2-1 (5 min run, 5 minute tempo run, 4 min run, 4 min tempo run…)
