Your fitness needs are as unique as you are. To accommodate your personal training regimen and coaching preferences, Remorca Fitness offers three distinct programs. Discover which option works best for you.

Personal Training

When you set a fitness goal, personal training gives you the most efficient, effective way to reach it. At Remorca Fitness, you’ll work one-on-one with a member of our experienced team of trainers.

How Our Personal Training Program Works

Set up your first consultation, which takes about 90 minutes. During the first 30 minutes, our consulting trainer will ask you to perform Remorca Fitness’ functional movement screening test and record the results.

Don’t stress about how you perform. Our screening process is simply to locate limitations in your current movement patterns. It essentially serves as a trainer’s version of a physical.

After you’ve finished the screening tests, the consulting trainer will test your current levels of endurance, power, and strength. This 60-minute process will take you through Remorca Fitness’ benchmarks to help us determine your training direction moving forward.

Based on your results and fitness goals, we craft a long-term training regimen to meet your training needs and schedule. As you train, we track your progress, assess your fitness, and support you along the way.

Semi-Private Training

What if you want personalized training, but you’re on a budget? Choose Remorca Fitness’ Semi-Private Training program. At less than half the cost of our personal training, you’ll work out in small groups of up to three people.

In our semi-private training program, you can even create your own private group session with two friends and enjoy access to all of our group training sessions.

How Our Semi-Private Training Program Works

We’ll start your semi-private training with a trainer-supervised, 90-minute consultation and fitness assessment. Our trainer team will create a personalized training program based on your test results and fitness goals.

As you continue to train with us, our trainers will monitor your progress. We’ll reassess your personalized training program every six to eight weeks and update it.
